Do we supply adult units / what age range?
What do I need?
All inflatables need a clear level grass space. This space needs to be level and free from any sharp objects. The space needs to be the size of the castle plus 2ft either side & an extra 5ft at the front and back. The space needs to be clear of any overhanging objects such as trees, plants, washing lines, etc.
We require an appropriate access point to the site the castle is going to be erected at - our big inflatables are large even when rolled up and will not go through small alleyways/gates.
Please make sure you have the space for the castle you book.
What's supplied?
All of our inflatables come complete with every thing to make your hire experience safe and enjoyable. We supply the inflatable, electric fan, crash mats, outside safe power leads, ground sheet and stakes. We also deliver the unit, erect and collect it this ensures it is erected safely.
Where there is no electrical supply available we can supply a petrol generator & fuel for an additional daily charge.
Prices, payment and hire period
Deposit required of 25% of the total hire on booking if hire exceeds £100. We accept payment by Cash and Cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card only.
We hire by the day, the price displayed is for one day or part day.
We deliver from 8:00am and pickup until 12pm anything outside of these hours should be negotiated at the time of booking.
Can you collect from us?
No, because we do not allow any of our units to be erected by anyone but ourselves for safety and insurance purposes.
Safety
Bouncy castles and inflatables are great fun as long as they are used safely. They all come with any crash mats that are needed and an RCD circuit breaker as standard. You will be asked to read and sign our Terms and Conditions of hire. This ensures you know how to safely supervise the operation of the unit while in your care.
Do we supply adult units / what age range?
We have 2 adult castles, a bungee run, Sumo Suits. Each of our units has a maximum age limit listed in its description, this must be enforced. Strictly no adults to use children's castles.
Public Liability Insurance
We have full public liability insurance specifically for inflatable hire/use. If you need to see our certificate let us know when you book and we will bring it along.
